Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our service level agreement is very simple. For every 30 minutes of time your site is not accessible by the general internet, you're credited 10% of your monthly credit up to the value of your hosting plan. To request SLA credit, please contact our support desk here, and include your cPanel username, domain, your location, the times you experienced downtime, and the amount of credit you are requesting. This SLA does not cover downtime caused by user requested site migrations, customer error, significant failures in the general internet, significant power failures, extreme weather, war, terrorism, or any other cause where precautions are not generally present in the hosting industry.
